Digital systems now shape how institutions teach, manage research, serve students and preserve knowledge. Many institutions, however, struggle with fragmented systems, limited in-house expertise and the cost of getting started — and the rapid arrival of artificial intelligence adds both opportunity and risk.
The Digital Transformation programme provides practical, vendor-neutral support: strategy, implementation of proven platforms such as learning management systems and DSpace repositories, digitisation and digital preservation, and readiness for the responsible use of AI in teaching, research and administration.
