Digital investments deliver most when they follow a clear strategy. This grant concept supports institutions to assess their current systems and capabilities, set priorities aligned with their mission, and produce a costed, phased roadmap.

Intended for: Colleges & TVET institutions, PBOs & NGOs, Professional bodies, Universities.

How applications are assessed
Selection criteria will be published with the call.
Applications are screened for eligibility and completeness, reviewed and scored by qualified reviewers who have declared any conflicts of interest, and decided by an authorised committee. Automated tools may help check completeness, but funding decisions are always made by people. Read the grant guidelines.
