Every year many young graduates struggle to make the transition from education to decent work, while employers report difficulty finding the skills they need. Bridging that gap requires employability skills, structured work experience and closer relationships between institutions and employers.
Drawing on the Finstock ecosystem’s experience in recruitment and career development, the Youth, Careers & Employment programme supports employability training, internship management, mentorship and university–industry partnerships.
