Lasting impact depends on strong institutions. Many universities, colleges, libraries and public-benefit organisations have committed people but lack the systems, training and processes to manage research, grants, partnerships and change effectively.
The Institutional Capacity Development programme focuses on the foundations: research administration, grant management, faculty and staff development, library capacity, internship management and good governance — the capabilities that allow institutions to attract resources, use them accountably and sustain results.
