Overview
Digital collections are fragile without active preservation: file formats become obsolete, storage fails and files silently corrupt. This grant concept supports libraries to adopt digital preservation policies and practices — secure storage and backup, format management and integrity checking.

Intended for: Academic libraries, Universities.

How applications are assessed
Selection criteria will be published with the call.
Applications are screened for eligibility and completeness, reviewed and scored by qualified reviewers who have declared any conflicts of interest, and decided by an authorised committee. Automated tools may help check completeness, but funding decisions are always made by people. Read the grant guidelines.
