Overview
Open Educational Resources (OER) — openly licensed learning materials — can reduce costs for students and improve teaching quality. This grant concept supports educators and institutions to create or adapt OER for local contexts, publish them under open licences and use them in teaching.
Who can apply
Intended for: Colleges & TVET institutions, Faculty & lecturers, Universities.

How applications are assessed
Selection criteria will be published with the call.
Applications are screened for eligibility and completeness, reviewed and scored by qualified reviewers who have declared any conflicts of interest, and decided by an authorised committee. Automated tools may help check completeness, but funding decisions are always made by people. Read the grant guidelines.
